As the Head Chef of 璞素 Púsù, Chef Owen Liu brings a breadth of knowledge from an extensive career of culinary experience. Previously the Executive Chef of Swisstouches Hotel An Kang, Head Chef at W Hotel Xi’an, and Head Chef of the Chinese & Banquet Kitchen at Westin Xi’an, Chef Liu has crafted an array of Chinese delicacies for over 24 years.

Helmed by Head Chef Owen Liu, whose robust culinary background spans over 24 years, Púsù highlights innovative cooking techniques and a baroque array of dishes influenced by diverse Chinese cuisines such as Northwestern, Hangzhou, and Cantonese.
